The company has a large number of advanced production equipment, including 2500 tons and 1500 tons of large presses, fine plasma cutting machines, double head friction welding machines, machining centers, automatic welding, cutting robots, etc; A physical and chemical laboratory has been built, which can carry out various tests such as bench, mechanical property, hardness, metallography, magnetic particle flaw detection, ultrasonic flaw detection and chemical analysis.
After several years of development, the enterprise has formed the values of "modesty, unity, pragmatism and innovation". The company has set up a corporate bulletin board, built a parking lot, a gym, a stadium, and formed a Wanke team. It has formed corporate culture publicity with sports competition, tourism dinner, broadcast media and management system as carriers. We continue to optimize the process of our products and carry out technical transformation on the production line. The work efficiency is improved and the product quality is improved. At present, the annual output is 100000 axle housings, 100000 airbag bases, 200000 stabilizer bars and 200000 guide arms.
In 2018, rolling production line, heat treatment production line and electrophoresis production line were established. The main process of the suspended parts is 100% self-made. In 2020, another 115 million yuan will be invested, 20000 square meters of new plants will be added, and a new energy rear axle active and passive gear project with an annual output of 500000 sets will be built.
After several years of pioneering and enterprising, Hubei Wanke has grown from a customer of Yutong Bus to more than ten customers of Dongfeng Company, Fangsheng Axle, Shanghai Koman, Beijing Chichuangda, China Highway, etc; The products are also expanded from axle housing middle section, guide arm and other parts to axle housing assembly and air suspension assembly. At present, the enterprise has 300 skilled workers and more than 30 engineering technicians.
