On the afternoon of April 12, 2022, Laohekou Vocational and Technical School, together with Hubei Wanke Auto Parts Co., Ltd. and Xiangyang Changyuan Langhong Technology Co., Ltd., held the "New Apprenticeship Training Opening Ceremony" in the conference room of Hubei Wanke Auto Parts Co., Ltd.
This training has been strongly supported by the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. Deputy Director Chen of the Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, President Liu of the Vocational and Technical School and other relevant leaders attended the opening ceremony and delivered enthusiastic opening messages. The management of the two enterprises and more than 200 employees attended the opening ceremony and received the first safety production training. The training lasts for one year. It is carried out online and offline simultaneously, and aims to improve and optimize the mechanical operation of the employees by learning from the old generation and the new generation. The purpose of this training is not to affect the normal production of the enterprise. It is planned to use the free time of the enterprise to carry out centralized teaching twice a month. Through the training, the trainees can reach the proficiency level of intermediate workers, and obtain the completion certificate of mechanical professional operators and the certificate of intermediate workers.
This is the specific action of Laohekou Vocational and Technical School to use the advantages of vocational education teachers to serve the development of enterprises in our city. It is also another large-scale training activity after Muyuan Food, Xuefei Chemical, Tianhe Technology, Xinjing Technology, Holy Spirit Chemical, Huacheng Chemical, Guanglian Technology and Hainachuan Chemical carried out the new apprenticeship training.
